Going to Tetons in Mid July, staying 4 nights and want to hike different areas of the Tetons. Looking at a hike from the top of the tram, going down, Granite Canyon, it says 12.4 miles. Two other day hikes we have planned at around 9 miles, my husband thinks this could be too long, I think even though going mostly downhill can still be a hard hike that it is doable without exhausting us for the next day hike. Advice?? Suggestions on hikes on South end if you don%26#39;t think this is doable. We just turned 50 and have been in training as much as we can, given live in MO and no altitude issues. We are going to be in Colorado about 3 days before so will have gained some altitude before we arrive.
Can%26#39;t wait for this trip...Thanks
