Driving in Grand Teton on 7th May

Hi. We%26#39;re staying in Jackson nights of 6th and 7th May. Have all day 7th May to explore Grand Teton then on 8th May, drive through Teton into Yellowstone.

Wheelchair-user means it%26#39;s all about driving and we want to take in most scenic parts of Park on our full day and hopefully not duplicate too much on route up through Park on next day when we head to Yellowstone. Any suggestions for side-trips? We have 4WD and love exploring off the main routes, or will it only be the main route through that is clear at this time of year?

Any suggestions for a hike - maximum 1 hour - where wheelchair user can stay in car parked at very scenic spot? Hiker very fit - would just love to stretch legs and get some fresh air but can%26#39;t leave passenger in car for too long!

Any other ideas for our quick tour through Teton at this tricky time of year would be great - thanks!
