We are doing USA vacation this summer and will be driving across this big country. We will be staying 3 nights at Lake Village cabins and 3 nights in W. Yellowstone. We really want to do a scenic raft ride and think maybe doing it in the area of Grand Teton NP. Is that something to try to do there? Is it better to drive down there from W.Yellowstone or YNP? Can we drive there, do the raft ride and then get back to our place for the night? Is it a one-day possibility? Thanks.
Raft ride from W.Yellowstone or YNP?
With further research, it looks like rafting out of Gardiner makes more sense. It seems much closer than GTNP and we could raft out of Gardiner and spend a different day in GTNP. What do forum folk think?
